Worked in IT for over 25 years. Currently working on the Pega platform transformation for the back office operations. Also heading up the Robotics practice with Automation Anywhere and Pega Systems. Formerly the business relations manger for Enterprise Operations and IT supporting call centers, policy services, quality, workflow and other customer support areas. Supported major software applications for Finance, Purchasing, Audit, Investments, Tax, HR, some Actuarial and legal departments. Helped successfully implement a large financial transformation project. Managed small to very large complex projects. Self taught.NET coding and Essbase. I have administered and overseen many Financial systems including Hyperion(Financial Close Management, HFM, FDQM, Planning, Essbase, MDM\\DRM and all of the reporting tools), Oracle EBS suite, Camra, ResourceIQ2, Wings and several others including SAAS applications. Lead an Application Development team consisting of up to 29 individuals across the globe.I was the Director, Data and Solution Architecture for a year. This is a role responsible in the selection process for applications architecture, defining technology implementation roadmaps that detail the implementation of initiatives to enhance a secured scalable business environment in my current Enterprise Shared Services domain.
