ABOUT JEFF KARGUS H.

I\'m a high-energy, high-impact HR Professional (CHRP) with expertise in HR & Training Operations. I also have experience in Facilitation and Program/Project Management, but I refuse to bound by what I\'ve done in the past. I look for work that is meaningful above all else, and I feel like I can do just about anything.I\'m a self-motivated learner and a teacher to those around me. I\'m also constantly looking to make things better (whatever \'better\' looks like). On more than one occasion, I\'ve entered into ambiguous environments previously unknown to me, emerging as an \'expert\' and a \'go to\' resource\' on the other end. I am a trouble shooter and a problem solver in every sense. I bring a \'blue collar\' attitude to my work and pride myself on being able to make sense of complex challenges and \'figure things out\'. I\'m known for an ability to keep myself (and others) insanely well organized, and for building and maintaining an exceptional network of relationships. As a result, I\'m someone others look to, to help them \'connect the dots\'.I thrive in team environments where my passion and energy become contagious. I care about the people I work with, and I badly want to see them succeed. More than that, I want to know that I\'m making a positive impact on those around me.
