My role involves working closely with the Captain and crew to execute flights in accordance with FAA regulations, company procedures, and industry best practices.Key Responsibilities: • Assist in the safe and efficient operation of Spirit Airlines’ Airbus A320 fleet. • Conduct pre-flight planning, including weather assessments, fuel calculations, and aircraft performance checks. • Communicate effectively with Air Traffic Control, dispatch, and cabin crew to ensure smooth operations. • Monitor and manage aircraft systems throughout all phases of flight. • Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure compliance with all FAA regulations. • Provide excellent situational awareness and decision-making skills in normal and abnormal operations. • Maintain a high level of professionalism, teamwork, and customer-focused service in all flight operations.Qualifications & Experience: • ATP Certificate with A320 Type Rating • 3,700 total flight hours, including 1,600 turbine and 100 turbine PIC • Extensive experience in Part 121 airline operations • Strong background in safety, operational efficiency, and CRM (Crew Resource Management)With a passion for aviation and a commitment to operational excellence, I contribute to Spirit Airlines’ mission of providing affordable, high-value travel experiences while maintaining the highest safety standards.
