   Lead the vision, planning, and execution of all strategic partnership and event marketing initiatives for the MBP HBCU All-Star Weekend — an annual celebration of HBCU athletic excellence and community empowerment.Key Responsibilities & Achievements:Develop and manage corporate partnerships, sponsorships, and community collaborations that enhance brand visibility and event impact.Direct event marketing strategy, media integration, and brand storytelling across the All-Star Weekend, corporate luncheons, and symposiums.Engage local municipalities, school systems, and regional leadership to ensure long-term community and economic impact.Collaborate with creative, broadcast, and operations teams to produce signature experiences for athletes, fans, and sponsors.Spearhead outreach initiatives to position MBP as a premier national platform for HBCU student-athletes in baseball and softball.
