   I am responsible for the largest geographical Region in the State. It accounts for over $550 million in yearly sales, spans 17 counties, contains over 1500 selling Agents. I manage our office staff of 18 as I oversee all day to day operations of the Region including creating and obtaining sales objectives, continuous development of my teams selling and softskills as well as a leading a tireless effort on recruiting new retailers. I insist my staff is continually maintinating the highest professionalism standards at all times and encourage above and beyond communication. I oversee all office administrative duties that are performed by my Regional Admins and our Asst Regional Mgr. All regional customer inquiries that require high tier escalation are directed to me for resolution as well. I have a 25yr track record of leading my team to meet and surpass sales and account objectives each year. In fact, my region and our agency as a whole continue to break sales records year after year.I take extra pride in leading 2 statewide initiatives that effect the day to day functions of all 125+ in field sales reps across the agency, as well as a continuous 100 million dollar Retailer Incentive project that touches all 10K retailers across the state.I also represent our Agency Sales Management team as a member of the Labor/Management negotiations as well as a management member of the Agency Specific negotiations group.I do whatever I can to insure my team is ready, educated on our expectations and is in the best position to handle their jobs effectively and efficiently as possible.
