I\'m curious about the world around us and find learning to be a lifelong journey.I enjoy being surrounded by diversity in all forms. I value different backgrounds, experiences and thought processes. Yeah, you could say that I am a people person. My professional career has been focused primarily as a talent and leadership development professional in the financial services industry. I have experience working in a collaborative Agile environment driving the development, delivery and execution of core competencies to meet business priorities and exceed client experience standards.Working for a people-centric company in roles that provided extensive opportunities for collaboration and communication made work enjoyable and rewarding.
