A bit about me. I believe in a \'people-first\' approach to business and have a passion for empowering other to achieve their definition of greatness. Nothing excites me more than building meaningful relationships and helping each other out. My career journey has led me to a deep appreciation for the franchise community. Franchising provides a sweet spot where the combined efforts of many, allow for brands to compete at the enterprise level while still maintaining more intimate relationships and the community mindset that come with small business ownership. As an entrepreneur for 13 years in the digital marketing world, I got to experience what it was like to take a dream and bootstrap it into reality. I know first hand the never ending challenges that face a growing company (no matter what size you are) and worked alongside many other business owners as they faced these challenges. This experience opened up my eyes to the game of business and what it takes to win. In 2023 I sold my shares in that company and decided to join the team at Thrv.
