Being a serious baseball player earlier in life taught me the importance of being strategic and nimble, lessons which have stayed with me in my practice of intellectual property law.I understand the busy schedules of my clients in today’s highly competitive environment, and they appreciate my strong technical background and how quickly I comprehend their complex engineering issues. Although I now focus my practice upon the patent preparation and prosecution process, my extensive patent litigation experience remains a valuable asset. Anticipating and accounting for potential litigation issues which may arise when patent applications become issued patents helps me to make my clients\' applications as strong as they can be.Though I hung up my baseball cleats long ago, I continue to enjoy covering the bases for my clients in this challenging field.
