I was promoted into this senior leadership role to direct all operations, manage P&L, and drive growth for the Knoxville market with $9.0+ million in annual sales and 34 employees. I took on additional multi-unit management responsibilities overseeing Chattanooga and Knoxville markets in 2011 and 2012 ($20 million in revenue with 72 employees). My success during this time has come from maximizing efficiencies and profitability through strategic planning and management of safety, cash flow, vehicle/building maintenance, sales team leadership, staff management (recruiting, training, development, leadership), process execution, and revenue/profit growth. Key results during this time: • Continue to excel in 2015 with YTD growth of 11.7% over prior year, customer retention and 93%,#1 ranking in accounts receivable,#1 safety ranking, and #9 ranking out of 85 General Managers. • Finished 2014 with 7.6% growth over prior year, 92.6% customer retention rate, and #25 out of 87 General Managers. • Achieved record-setting revenue growth for the market by increasing sales 80% from approximately $5.2 million annually in 2006 to $9.36 million in 2014 with 23% profit margin, well above the 18% company target. • Exceeded expectations and achieved top rankings and award trips on a consistent basis including- Finished #1 in region in 2011 with award trip to Jamaica - Ranked #2 in region in 2010 (trip to Cancun)- Ranked as high as #9 in the U.S. and won President\'s Club in 2009 - Won annual trip to Puerto Rico for ranking #3 in region in 2007 and won 2006 trip. • Earned 2010 Fiscal Year Promise Keepers Recognition for exceeding 25% profit and growth. • Won 2012, 2011, and 2010 Safety Awards and ranked #1 in US each year for zero accidents/incidents. • Held a key role in converting and securing the Alcoa national account, largest account in Knoxville that added $1.5 million in new annual revenue.
