Included within this role was delivering foundational products like purchase history, product catalog, product search, payments, and a mobile wallet, all instrumental in launching Kroger\'s $12 billion e-commerce business. While at First Financial, I played a pivotal role in not only spearheading the overhaul of digital platforms but also in the establishment of a new digital department. I helped steer this department\'s evolution into a mature agile organization with solid product fundamentals. This transformation led to growing accounts and engagement and enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
