About Jeff Heinemann
During my younger years growing up in Canada and the US, and while I was working towards becoming an engineer, I had a variety of odd jobs. These included mowing lawns, working in lumber mills, telemarketing sales, independent website development, student governance, a carpet cleaner, and even a lumberjack entertainer. My love for sports and the outdoors has provided me with an outlet for introspection while enjoying the more solitary and independent aspects of both and has given me a balanced approach to teamwork. Looking back on my experiences, I realize how fortunate I have been with everyone in my life and the opportunities that have come my way. These experiences have been the start of my leadership journey, which has taken a path I never expected nor have taken for granted. My story continues to evolve. The people who have been there for me have influenced the importance of advocacy, helping others to raise their hands, bringing others along, and becoming a coach and mentor. As the General Manager and Vice President of Power at Ulteig, I have executive leadership responsibility for the Power business unit, which includes multiple operating departments and our sales team. My past experiences have equipped me to lead organizational alignment, provide clarity, and successfully execute short and long-term strategies, business plans, and strategic objectives while working collaboratively with our internal and external partners. As a husband, a father, a brother, a son, a friend, and a colleague, my goal is to continuously develop myself and positively impact the lives of those around me, wherever I am.
