I do this in part by bringing new, innovative, and often disruptive solutions to my customer base. I have been successful because of my passion for delivering results (both top and bottom line) and building high performance, long term sustainable teams.While I have led multi-billion dollar organizations, I also have extensive start-up experience (iCAD/Xoft) where I was able to achieve hyper-growth (100+%) and aggressively scale an organization. Bottom-line, I am very comfortable rolling up my sleeves and wearing multiple hats as needed. I also have extensive international experience including living and working in Europe for 3 years. My experience extends from Healthcare IT, clinical informatics, and medical devices.
