I founded and manage Guidestone Consulting, which provides integrated management services to the emerging, values-based marketplace, facilitating the natural synergy between clarity of purpose and excellence in execution. We help organizations flourish within the realities of the marketplace by bringing a bottom-line focus to accomplishing social good. Over four decades, we have supported more than 200 nonprofits and businesses develop plans, programs and processes that have enabled them to execute their strategies and deliver on their promises to all stakeholders.Our mission is to contribute to the development of a more sustainable society and of healthier, more effective operating practices. Towards that end, we promote cultures that encourage individual initiative within a collaborative environment.Our clients have ranged from innovative start-ups to some of the leading organizations in the world, and have included: The Global Futures Fund, Reuniting America, The Institute for Middle East Peace and Development, The Global Ecovillage Network, RSF Social Finance, The Organic Center, The John Coltrane Home, The Earth Council Alliance, The Institute for Noetic Sciences, Inspired Legacies, and The Global Leadership Network.
