I have spent 18 years working for BP; most recently as the Principal Reliability Engineer in the central bp-Solutions Refining-Reliability team. I have also served on an expat assignment in Germany with BP as the Deputy Team Lead for the Defect Elimination Team on the Gelsenkirchen Reliability Accelerator Program. I have a strong desire to lead teams and develop myself and others. I enjoy working in teams that are dynamic and focused on creative problem-solving. I am passionate about helping BP achieve meaningful decarbonizing solutions as we move to advance our new low-carbon ambitions.
