I love being a sales rep at Crucial Learning (formerly VitalSmarts)! When I read Crucial Conversations, Crucial Accountability, and Influencer a few years ago it was an epiphany for me. I immediately knew I wanted to be part of this organization that was changing the world for good. It\'s very gratifying and fulfilling to be part of something that I have absolute conviction in. The people here are great, the culture is great and the skills that are taught through our training programs change lives for good! Formerly I was in the financial services industry. While I achieved a level of fulfillment and satisfaction in helping my clients with their investment goals; I\'ve found this fulfillment greatly amplified at Crucial Learning. I attended Brigham Young University for various reasons, not the least of which was to compete at the collegiate level in golf. I still enjoy those relationships to this day as well as the game itself. I\'ve enjoyed business and competitive amateur golf for many years now and hope to have a few more left. I feel profoundly blessed for the family I grew up in. I will be forever indebted to my parents for the foundation they provided for me and my siblings (seven boys and one girl). Growing up in the \"Huckleberry Fin\" days of North Orange County California (Yorba Linda/Anaheim) is something I would never trade!
