I am a Consumer Product Goods (CPG) analytics professional with diverse experience and a passion for fact-based analysis that enables my clients to make insightful marketing decisions that drive revenue growth and profitability.I began my career during my last year at Drake University working part-time as a buyer trainee for the local SuperValu Distribution Center. After impressing the local Oscar Mayer Sales rep with my initiative and aptitude for the industry I was offered my first full-time job as an Account Representative. With a curiosity for fact-based selling, I joined Information Resources where I implemented numerous quality checks assuring the accuracy of the data that CPG manufacturers rely upon so heavily. When a new cutting-edge company Efficient Market Services (ems) popped up in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry, I could not help but join them. I have ventured out of the industry twice, only to realize that I am passionate about identifying the consumers’ needs and creating effective sales and marketing strategies for manufacturers through retailers. While working at Nielsen, I brought those insights into action across many Consumer Product Goods manufacturers. My unique blend of sitting on all sides of the “desk” allows me to analyze, articulate, and counsel manufacturers on fact-based analysis that can be brought into action.I joined the Solutions Training & Adoption Team as a trainer with Circana, formerly, IRI. I am so fortunate to meet so many people both in-person and virtually in providing learning on all Cirana\'s solutions and software applications to enable our clients to quickly, effectively, and efficiently pull the required information needed to create a powerful analysis. I have trained almost people over the course of 5 years!As of February 6, 2022, I am still training users on some of Circana\'s Advanced Analytic solutions as a Client Director, Engagement. Our solutions span Revenue Growth Management and Assortment Optimization. I am the solution expert facilitating client adoption and retention, and coordinating internal activities with Product Management, Data Delivery, Implementation Leads, Commercial Leads, and Client Insights/Solutions.
