ABOUT MARKUS AMALANATHAN
I’m a Process Improvement Engineer with a quiet passion for making things run a little smoother. I suppose you could say I’m naturally drawn to sorting out inefficiencies and finding better ways forward—it’s just how I’m wired. With experience in lean construction and operational excellence, I enjoy using tools like Value Stream Mapping, A3 thinking and the Last Planner System® to help teams work smarter, not harder. Right now, I’m in construction, where I get to support collaborative planning, tweak workflows, and lend a hand in building solutions that make a difference. Before this, I learned the ropes in manufacturing, where I first got a taste for simplifying processes. I love being part of a team, learning from others, and sharing what I know to nudge things in a positive direction. With an engineering master’s and some handy technical skills, I try to bring a bit of clarity to the table.
