   Government contractor currently working for the U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Consular Affairs. I am a part of the Technical Support Team for the National Passport Information Center (NPIC). My job involves identifying, prioritizing, and resolving reported technical problems related to account locks, computer debugging, and other technical issues.Responsibilities involve performing general maintenance tasks and handling simple IT issues over the phone immediately. However, if the IT issues are more complex, they will be escalated to a higher level of support. The tasks will be completed by solving problems using management databases and/or proprietary help desk systems.Software Versions Helped Test- OPR 1.0- OPR 2.0Additional Tasks:After 5 months of starting, I was invited to join the Peckham Self-Advocacy Team (PSAT). Two annual meetings to improve leadership, advocate for constituents, and work with political officials to influence public policy.
