My essential responsibilities include (but are not limited to):• Spearheading the leadership, project management, and communication necessary to ensuring the timely delivery of RFP deliverables per client requirements and deadlines.• Identifying and prioritizing RFP requirements, assigning responsibilities to fellow writers/editors and SMEs, establishing and managing deadlines, and reviewing all content and deliverables.• Performing self-checks of content and coordinating independent quality control reviews and compliance checks during the lifecycle of the RFP and in accordance with internal quality standards and proposal development procedures.• Providing writing and editing support to colleagues, ensuring all RFP content complies with internal style guides and quality assurance protocols.• Researching and compiling information from both internal and external sources, including a variety of databases and data sources.• Archiving proposal content as part of proposal closeout procedures.• Participating in and leading training and knowledge-sharing activities.
