ABOUT JEFFERY PETERSON
Completed 30 years of service as a Marine officer (retired in the rank of colonel) working primarily in the human resource, recruiting, and training arena. I served as a commanding officer for 8 of my 30 years, and completed three Chief of Staff assignments for a major command/department within the Marine Corps. Completed my final year as the Executive Assistant to the Deputy Commandant for Manpower and Reserve Affairs. My educational achievements include undergraduate summa cum laude and distinguished graduate in my graduate degree. I have played a major role in developing and executing major aspects of the Marine Corps\' workforce development plans. Am now working with the Center for Naval Analyses as the Vice President and Director of the Resources and Force Readiness Division - tremendous privilege to lead an amazing group of the best researchers in the defense industry!
