Perform highly complex senior-level training management, consultative and training services, and technical assistance work in support of the Online Provider Education program (OPE).• Research, develop, and assess learning activities related to leadership, medical provider management, stakeholder, and inter-agency organizational development activities relevant to the services and curriculum of the Texas Health Steps OPE program for the State of Texas.• Responsible for oversight and development of online educational modules and face-to-face classroom presentations and talking points, as well as complementary educational and promotional items. • Manage ongoing programmatic operations of the OPE including online educational modules, tutorials, case studies, and other educational products and materials. • Coordinate the review of objectives in manuscripts and distribute documents to be reviewed. • Collect feedback from subject matter experts, review and update manuscripts, and beta test online modules. • Maintain and administer a dedicated agency LMS and electronic filing system of all support items for the OPE.• Facilitate and organize meetings regarding the online modules, coordinating continuing education requirements with CE Services staff and external vendor.• Collaborate with OPE team members on Live Event Outreach Strategy, i.e. outreach to medical societies, schools, associations and other special projects. • Facilitate the periodic review of learning objectives, modules, and documents; collect feedback from subject matter experts; and merge all edits into one document. • Travel throughout the State of Texas, as needed, to provide training, consultation, and technical assistance to health care providers and administrators at conferences as well as HSR staff.
