My unique background combines nearly 15 years in Emergency Medical Services with pastoral experience, providing me with critical thinking, management skills, and a steady presence in crisis situations.As a Development Pastor, I focus on developing leadership within our staff team and helping individuals take meaningful steps in their spiritual growth. Additionally, I serve as a Founder, Pastor, and Operations Director for an internationally-focused nonprofit, where I gain high-level management and Board experience. This role allows me to blend my passion for service with practical, hands-on leadership in a global context.My management experience extends to both prehospital and hospital settings within EMS, further enhancing my ability to navigate complex challenges and support teams under pressure. My teaching background includes preparing students for careers in health-related fields, particularly Emergency Medical Services, which adds another layer of practical, real-world experience to my pastoral work.Known for my problem-solving abilities and dependability, I thrive in challenging environments that require resilience and quick thinking. I continuously assess and refine our operational processes to adapt to new challenges and opportunities.
