Jeff currently leads PwC\'s San Francisco International Tax practice which includes over 25 International Tax specialists. PwC\'s San Francisco International Tax practice, is a diverse practice serving large public MNCs, private global companies, financial services, private equity, venture capital, retail and consumer and start-up/emerging technology companies.In addition to being an International Tax specialist, Jeff has a broad background in Federal Tax and has knowledge in ASC 740 and U.S. tax compliance issues associated with off-shore structures. More recently, Jeff has spent much of his time assisting both public and pre-IPO companies in designing and supporting tax efficient international structures. Specific sectors served by Jeff are payment processors,(both traditional and emerging technologies), large R&C companies, gaming companies in the region as well as emerging software and internet businesses.An International Tax Partner in the PwC’s San Francisco office with over 18 years of tax experience. He began his career in Tax with PricewaterhouseCoopers in St. Louis, serving the financial services industry. Transferring to our London office in 1998 where he continued to serve the financial services industry in the international arena. When Jeff transferred to San Francisco in 2001, he continued to serve the financial services sector but also expanded into the technology and R&C sectors.
