Payroll Manager for GoHealth Urgent Care - 131+ Centers in 7 Markets (multi-state) bi-weekly payroll processing using Ultimate Software. • Effectively direct and manage team of 3 Payroll Specialist with full cycle payroll processing. • Hire qualified candidates, coaching and developed team members. • Performed employee evaluations and process improvements • Establish processes and controls to ensure accurate and timely bi-weekly payroll process for 1,800 employees while ensuring compliance and audit changes report prior to finalizing pay groups. • Set up pay groups, Centers and obtain new state withholding accounts for 19 states more than 131 sites throughout the Country. • Quarter End and Year End reconciliations to include W2 generation. • Vendor Management, research and do analysis for implementation payroll vendor and develop SOPS. • Completed two successful implementations Paychex to Ultimate and Ultimate to Ceridian. • Work with Benefits Team to reconcile and set up employee benefits. • Work with Chief Level Officers on highly confidential information for acquisitions. • Upload bi-weekly 401(k) funding and FSA files to trust and FSA administrators. • Worked with Benefits Manager on 401(k) and Cafeteria Plan compliance testing. • Worked with Benefits Departments on reconciling benefits during open enrollment.
