Accountable for Inspection groups across all assets. Deliver strong, decisive leadership for up to 40 people to identify and develop Inspection strategies to support engineering decisions for a sustainable and reliable operation. Maintain the mechanical integrity of fixed equipment within the Central processing facility, tank farm, and pipelines by implementing the facility-wide inspection/integrity program, including all Safety Critical Equipment (SCE). Partner with key stakeholders to support the creation of a unified Integrity Management System by migrating legacy site based Integrity Management Systems to one Suncor regional system, while managing change-related issues.

In this role, as in others before it, I maintain the mechanical integrity of fixed equipment within the central processing facilities, tank farms, and pipelines by implementing the refinery-wide inspection/integrity program, including all Safety Critical Equipment (SCE). As QA Manager, Suncor Assets for the Municipality of Wood Buffalo, I was responsible for all assets in the region. In this role, I oversaw the Chief Inspector, auditors, and a team of 70 people tasked with maintaining equipment and the Integrity Management System. I also realized significant savings by reducing number of inspections and optimizing inspection intervals through the application of risk-based inspection Leadership: Extensive Inspection Management experience. Delivered leadership & training to team of up to 70 people. Acted as QA Manager for all Suncor assets in the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo. QA/QC: Key contributor in creating, maintaining, and updating Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) programs and manuals, including pressure equipment Integrity Management System and In Situ Pipeline Integrity Management manual.
