Over the past two decades, I’ve gone from leading a scrappy four-person startup sales team to serving as AVP of Sales leading teams across the globe. Along the way, I often saw high-potential individual contributors promoted into leadership roles without the support, training, or tools to succeed.My own leadership journey along with the desire to fill this gap inspired me to co-found LeaderReps.At LeaderReps, we take a hands-on, practice based, habit-building approach to leadership development. Think personal trainer, not professor. We help leaders get clear on who they are in this role, what’s expected of them, and how to build high-performing teams rooted in trust, feedback, and accountability.My strengths lie in simplifying the complex, building trust quickly, and making growth feel achievable and energizing. My goal is simple: help people lead themselves, their teams, and their companies to better results.
