I have spent the past 15 years working in the energy and sustainability field launching programs and products for some of the biggest utility clients in the country. I have managed a variety of teams and projects and consistently produced results for the companies that I have worked for.PROGRAM MANAGEMENT: I have leadership experience in a variety of markets including demand response, multifamily, single family, low-income, commercial and industrial, agricultural, education, EM & V, and ecommerce. PROJECT MANAGEMENT: In the energy industry, I have managed the launch of several new and innovative projects involving EV infrastructure, smart thermostats, energy auditing software, large scale evaluation efforts, research studies, potential studies and community educational workshops.VENDOR MANAGEMENT: I have managed large contracts with values >20M while holding consultants accountable to KPI\'s and timely deliverables. I lead with mutual respect but hold firm to expectations set up front. CLIENT MANAGEMENT: I have over a decade of experience working with a variety of clients to meet ambitious goals. I understand the challenges that come with the vendor/client relationship, but I am well suited to overcome these. OPERATIONS & REPORTING: I have years of experience meeting and exceeding client\'s reporting needs by utilizing Power BI, Salesforce, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint. I have managed GPS tracked company fleets of 20+ vehicles and inventories in excess of 5 million pieces. SAFETY: I lead with a safety-first mindset and instill this culture within all of my teams. I am a firm believer that the greatest asset companies have are its employees. MARKETING & OUTREACH: I have spent countless hours addressing customer pain points across markets. I approach most situations and problems with customer centricity. ANALYTICS: I have a great deal of experience with Salesforce, Power BI, Excel, and other data management tools and databases. I am a firm believer that you can\'t manage what you don\'t track. I currently work with a team of coders and data scientists to derive insights from utility data to help drive decisions regarding capacity planning, load growth, and conservation efforts. EDUCATION: Continuing education is always a priority for me. Over my career, I have earned multiple certifications including LEED Green Association and BPI-BA. I am also currently pursuing a Certified Energy Manager certificate and completed the Jenkins MBA program while working full time.
