In charge of implementing over 34 projects within 2 years in the remote team management group in different parts of the world with the following projects as highlights: a) Cognitive IVR (R$6. 5 MM)- Call Center System with Artificial Intelligence/Customer Service Development for the states of PA, MA, PI and AL, with Dashboard to follow up customer evaluations, with reduction of service time and the number of positions in the call center, with gains of R$1.6 MM in only 6 months of use; b) SIGA (R$30.6 MM)- Planning, control and routeing of the IOC teams\' work routes, with gains in route reduction and 45% reduction of OS backlog; c) SOMOS (R$1. 2 MM)- Management system for the customer base that has the TSEE/Rural beneficiary, with gains of 86% in registration time; d) Hybrid Recharging System (solar photovoltaic, grid connected and secondary accumulator) for the supply of Electric Vehicles (EV) and Electric Bicycles in V2G applications in 5 states in the country (MA, PA, PI, AL and RS), aiming to bring sustainability to the communities (R$4. 8 MM) e) Implementation of Equatorial Energia and Equatorial Serviços websites - with payment systems by means of credit card, customer registration, 2nd way verification, Clara service and service sales, which can be accessed via website, WhatsApp as well as App (R$ 1.2 MM); and f) SAP Leonardo (R$ 11.5 MM), with products: 1) Drone inspection system (IOT) for high voltage distribution lines for 69 to 138KV networks, aiming to reduce time and risk exposure by the operation, based on three pillars: Machine Learning, Management in office and Management in the field; 2) Platform for management of contracts for mutually used poles, with recognition of the elements of the occupation strip destined for Telecom elements, through machine learning.
