Jeff’s career spans over 30 years, with early roots as a software engineer for the United States Air Force, continuing as a Computer Scientist on multiple U.S. Department of Defense command and control systems development programs with the Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC), then as Director of Carnegie Group\'s Central Region operations in St. Louis, MO, and then as Midwest Region General Manager and Managing Director with Quilogy in St. Louis and Chicago.He has also served as an independent consultant, and in interim CIO and COO roles.
