Transformed legacy IT data center and migrated company to AWS Cloud. Championed a “culture of learning” and upskilled 50%+ of employees to gain AWS Cloud accreditation. Championed efforts to develop the first dedicated Data Science & Machine Learning Center of Excellence to optimize recruiting associates for jobs, enhanced matching of associates to job sites, and dynamic pricing for billing/pay rates.
