By partnering with a team of over 50 technology professionals and multiple vendors, we undertook a pivotal cloud migration project. This involved transitioning from a legacy on-premise Guidewire platform to a robust cloud-based solution, integrating modern API architecture via MuleSoft, and leveraging Amazon Web Services. We also created a Data Lake-house in AWS and established a Databricks workflow that enabled seamless data integration into our enterprise data warehouse.Under my leadership, these innovations resulted in a 350% increase in policy quote generation and the retirement of 40% of resource-intensive servers, significantly cutting technological debt. More importantly, these strategic moves have doubled our speed to market and enhanced operational efficiency and customer service.
