I\'m a Petroleum Engineer with 16+ years of U.S onshore Conventional/Unconventional oil & gas experience.I currently am Senior Staff Reservoir Engineer at Ring Energy. I predominantly work on the Reserves & Planning side of the company, but I also assist with Field Development.Previously, I held a Senior Reservoir Engineering role with Maverick Natural Resources. I was a founding member of the incredibly successful Non-Op Team focused on adding significant value through proactive non-op asset development.I was an in-house Reservoir Engineer at Rivington Holdings in Houston, TX for a time. I conducted economic analysis, type curve generation and vetted data from various data rooms.I previously worked for ConocoPhillips as a Senior Reservoir Engineer overseeing Waddell Ranch (Crane County, TX- Permian Basin) and was part of a multi-disciplined team that is further developing an oilfield that has been producing since as early as the 1920\'s. We\'re recompleting wells & drilling new horizontal and vertical wells in this stacked-pay (multiple productive zones) field while also managing various waterfloods throughout the field.I have previously worked for SLB on the SHOC (Schlumberger Horizontal Optimization & Completion) group where we analyze data from different SLB segments and utilize various computational tools to evaluate, interpret and recommend solutions to clients in challenging formations. This is a very unique and highly regarded group within SLB and focuses primarily on horizontal wells in Shale plays and Tight Sandstones.In my time on this team, we won the Performed By Schlumberger Silver Award for our work for Lewis Petro in the Escondido.SPE - A Comprehensive Completion Study of Recent Cotton Valley Sand Well Production To Optimize Future Designs, 2011
