   The Formulation Process Science & Technology team at Corteva is responsible for scale-up / scale-down of formulated products from lab scale to pilot scale and then implementing that technology into manufacturing. I am also the Operational Excellence Lead for Product Science & Technology, where I utilize my passion for digital tools to enable more efficient work processes. •Leading the Formulation Process Science & Technology team within Product Science and Technology, including development and execution of organizational, facility and equipment strategies as well as performance management and development of direct reports. •Partnering with the manufacturing functions, equipment manufacturers, and industry/academic consultants to understand current and developing production technology and incorporate into future process development strategy and capital plans. •Building and enabling a global network for process development to ensure scale-up success at each manufacturing location •Setting the standard for best-in-class safety and product integrity within a flexible, responsive and innovative research facility. •Participation on the Formulation Science and Technology Leadership Team to develop and implement strategies and processes that enhance innovation and ensure on-time product launch with product attributes and quality that delight the customer. •Leading the activities and process in partnership with the Integrated Field Science, Sample Shipping and Formulation R&D teams to understand and deliver on material needs for global field trials •Participation in key technical & professional organizations and symposia targeted at creating leadership positions and driving strategy
