   July 2023 - present:Leading the Platform Infrastructure engineering organization, which is a globally-distributed team responsible for building and maintaining cloud automation software products used to manage ServiceNow’s cloud at scale, and also responsible for the Kubernetes core infrastructure services that enable engineering teams to build, deploy, and manage k8s services across our global cloud architecture. Our software products operate at high scale, with high reliability, across our geographically-distributed private and public cloud architecture. Previous:Led an engineering organization to design, develop, and operate a highly scalable, highly available cloud-native product that integrates IoT device networks with ServiceNow’s workflow products. The system architecture is comprised of containerized microservices managed via Kubernetes clusters, deployed across multiple availability zones and regions in a public cloud (Azure). Managing engineering teams across US and international development centers, leveraging best practices for Agile development, quality engineering, and continuous improvement.
