ABOUT JEFF CHAN
I have spent my career working with customer-facing businesses and real estate professionals, and over time I found I was just as interested in improving performance and communication as I was in closing individual transactions.As a licensed Realtor, I have first-hand exposure to how agents evaluate advertising platforms, lead quality, response time, and marketing ROI. Many of the conversations I have with clients involve expectation setting, follow-up discipline, and handling frustration when opportunities do not convert. That experience led me to start mentoring newer agents on cold calling, lead handling, and CRM follow-up structure.Prior to real estate I spent several years in hospitality leadership roles, coaching and training large teams, running performance reviews, and helping staff improve customer engagement and retention behaviors. I developed training materials, led meetings, and worked closely with individuals to improve consistency and results.I am particularly interested in roles where I can combine leadership, coaching, and industry knowledge to help sales teams communicate value more effectively and build long-term client relationships.
