The Senior Vice President of National Per Diem provides executive leadership and strategic oversight of all per diem nursing operations nationwide. This role is responsible for recruitment/talent acquisition, staffing, compliance, and the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective workforce solutions to healthcare partners. The SVP will build and scale a best-in-class per diem program that ensures operational excellence, regulatory adherence, and superior clinician and client satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the full cycle of recruitment, staffing, and workforce management for per diem nursing across multiple regions.Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility-specific regulations and policies governing healthcare staffing.Drive scalable recruiting strategies by building infrastructure and implementing data-driven processes to monitor funnel metrics (KPI\'s), clinician availability, and market responsiveness.Anticipate hiring challenges and design proactive sourcing and conversion strategies to meet client and market demands.Partner with executive leadership to align recruiting/staffing strategies with organizational goals and revenue growth.Develop and implement quality assurance methods to ensure high standards of clinical care, workforce readiness, above average fill rates, and client satisfaction.Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing recruitment and staffing team while fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.Collaborate with healthcare clients to understand workforce needs and provide customized, flexible staffing solutions.
