   Tyto Athene, LLC is a portfolio company of Arlington Capital Partners, formed from the 2018 divestiture of Black Box Corporation\'s \"Government Solutions\" business in legal entities NextiraOne Federal, LLC (now renamed Tyto Athene, LLC) and its continuing subsidiary Mutual Telecom Services Inc.(\"MTS\"). In 2019, Tyto acquired Island Information Technology Consultants, LLC (“IITC”), a leading IT/AV partner to the intelligence community.In 2021, Tyto acquired AT & T Government Solutions, Inc.(\"AT & T GSI\"), now renamed Tyto Government Solutions, Inc.(“Tyto GSI”), gaining the GSA Alliant 2 and Army ITES-3S contract vehicles.In 2021, Tyto also acquired Qbase, LLC, adding the DISA ENCORE and Army RS3 contracts, plus key federal law enforcement customers.In 2024, Tyto acquired Microtel, LLC, an aerospace software and systems firm focused on NASA missions.In 2024, Tyto also acquired MindPoint Group, LLC, an industry-leading cybersecurity firm.I am privileged to continue leading the integrated team of dedicated professionals who (a) collectively manage the billions of dollars which comprise the federal awards held by Tyto,(b) own the direct-touch relationships with our contracting counterparts,(c) oversee cradle-to-grave negotiation and execution of subcontracts thereunder, and (d) leverage this experience to provide insight and analysis on new business pursuits. Also serving as Small Business Liaison Officer (SBLO), I oversee our Mentor-Protégé programs and Tyto’s collective efforts to provide maximum practicable opportunity for small businesses to participate in the efficient performance of our contracts.I am Tyto’s official point of contact for all customer satisfaction and CPARS reporting, also responsible for corporate insurance, export control, bid protest, and other legal matters.The U.S. Government remains the world’s largest customer and largest employer. We do not bemoan regulation – instead, we excel at its implementation.
