I own end-to-end enablement for GenAI technical and productivity tools, including leadership training, onboarding, and community resources. I also partner with teams across the business on internal go-to-market solutions, documentation, and on-demand training.Aligning standards and support within the “highly aligned, loosely coupled” culture at Netflix is a unique challenge.
