   Transitioned to PNC with their acquisition of BBVA in 2021. Appointed Senior Vice President focusing on marketing to clients and prospects with revenues between $100MM and $2BN.\\\\n\\\\n• Elevated bank’s role to a Joint Lead Arranger (only two JLA’s) from Co-Doc Agent for long-term bank client in the middle of the financial market tightness in 2022. Resulted in significantly higher fees and a Sustainability Agent role.\\\\n\\\\n• Led bank’s success in establishing a lending relationship with one of PNC’s earliest European-based clients resulting in significant upfront fees and Mandated Lead Arranger role. Overcame challenges including navigating foreign government regulations, being the only U.S. bank in the refinancing, and lending to a foreign borrower in the middle of the financial market tightness.\\\\n\\\\nNOTABLE ACCOMPLISHMENTS at BBVA:\\\\n\\\\n• Selected to co-open BBVA’s Chicago Loan Production Office (LPO) in June 2012 to expand in the Midwest, the bank’s first office outside of its Sunbelt regional footprint. Created and drove LPO’s business development/marketing plan for high yield and investment grade companies with revenues between $250MM and $3BN.\\\\n\\\\n• 50% of total clients managed during career at BBVA are new relationships. Awarded joint lead arranger title or higher for 40% of total clients. Sourced major healthcare lead role during the pandemic with co-syndication agent title and significant underwriting. Awarded joint lead and joint book runner roles for an ABL refinancing during the pandemic.\\\\n\\\\n• Sourced and closed critical cross sell opportunities including FX/derivatives, commercial card, and high yield debt issuance. Highly versatile in managing relationships for different sized companies, from $100MM club deals to $1BN+, 12 bank syndications; from basic deposits products to M&A financing.
