I’ve worn many hats in my career- manager, mentor, marketing and development head, project manager, and strategist. As a result, I have a unique ability to manage multi-disciplinary projects and to navigate complex challenges in construction upgrades, property management, and operations management roles. Currently, I\'m overseeing 10 properties with 350+ units within a $100M portfolio. I am dedicated to delivering results while not only managing but truly partnering with my team members. It\'s the people—whether employees, vendors, contractors, clients, or partners-that impact operations and results. I believe understanding that is the key to my success. It also helps to be an excellent problem solver, with strong leadership skills, and the ability to make decisions \"on the fly\" to streamline projects. A few accomplishments I’m proud of include: Slashed building violations by 40% within eight months for 10 properties with more than 350 units within the $100M property portfolio at PSRS Realty Group Presented macro and micro analysis, site evaluations reports, and market feasibility studies to support development / maintenance projects at PSRS Realty Group. Decreased build out costs by 15% with the development of initiatives and standards for overall design, materials, fixtures, construction, and vendor management at PSRS Realty Group. Consistently exceeded all leasing and occupancy objectives, increasing occupancy rate from 93% to 97% at PSRS Realty Group. I am focused on putting my passion and skills to good use.
