About Jeff Bauerle
I find strong purpose when I’m able to form meaningful insights out of data I would consider myself to be naturally curious, detail-oriented with my approach to problems, and a good communicator about my findings, tailoring it to my audience. Prior to now, I found myself working in the medical device industry as an inventory analyst. I really appreciated the analytical nature about my day-to-day life, but found I felt like I wasn’t tapping into my full potential. My analysis had in large part been a combination of my methodology - which was my intuition, and processing through Excel. I have fortified my methodological approach through greater understanding of statistics, and have supercharged my analytical processing of the data through Python. I really enjoy working with machine learning algorithms such as Convolutional Neural Nets and Random Forests and I am excited to implement them for novel problems. When I’m not coding, you can find me enjoying the outdoors whether that is mountain biking, snowboarding, or hiking. If you’re looking to build your data science team, feel free to reach out!
