I own and operate a boutique wine retail outlet and European style wine bar in Glendale, California. Our focus at Rosso Wine Shop is largely Import wines from Italy, France and Spain. But we also have a extensive selection of domestic wines.We pride ourselves on exceptional customer service and knowing our customer’s tastes. We also offer wine consultation for private cellars and events. In addition to the wine background, I also have some food experience. I completed a Culinary Program at the Epicurean School in Los Angeles and apprenticed in the kitchen of Bistro Verdu.My wine intuitions are nearly always food-driven so I believe that training in both fields is necessary.
