All activities coordinated from HQ as the company has no dedicated IT presence at local branches. Projects include:• PM/Installed secondary broadband circuits at all branches throughout the company.• PM/Installed dedicated training PCs at all branches throughout the company.• PM/Installed Meraki firewall/security appliances and Meraki indoor and outdoor WAPs at all branches.• Coordination of all contracted ‘hands and feet’ activities for IT for 120+ branches throughout company.• PM for all IT-related activities for opening, closing or relocating branches- approx.(40) branches over 20 months.• PM of IT-related projects and activities for the IT infrastructure teamWorked full time onsite with the IT department of an international chemical and energy company as senior project manager.
