I joined Air Canada as a Counsel, Commercial in 2002. I was involved in numerous aspects of Air Canada’s restructuring under the Companies\' Creditors Arrangement Act in 20••••04. I was promoted to the position of Senior Counsel, Commercial in February 2007 and to the position of Senior Counsel and Managing Attorney, Commercial in July 2012. Currently, I am the airline\'s primary legal resource for its commercial relationships with its regional carriers, as well as being responsible for its credit card processing agreements, relationships with various computer reservation systems providers, corporate real estate portfolio and fuel purchasing and supply. I am also involved in a myriad of other financing and commercial matters.
