ABOUT JEFF WOOD

I grew up in the outskirts of Middleton and Waunakee in a rural subdivision. I have lived in Wisconsin my entire life. I decided to go into the real estate field because of my overall background in sales. I really enjoyed everything about real estate and became fascinated with the business and enjoyed working with people with those two things in mind. I came to the understanding that with hard work I could create a great real estate business right here in Wisconsin. I\'ve held my Real Estate salesperson license since 1997 and received my brokers license in 2015. I was at first a Member of the Madison Home Team at ReMax Preferred. The team consisted of 4 people, 2 buyers agents, one manager and administrative assistant. I worked on the team for over 13 years. I guided both buyers and sellers when it came to the purchase or sale of their real estate. I developed strategies and studied current markets to become a specialist in Madison and surrounding areas. I then moved on in 2011 to open up my own company and build my future team at Keller Williams Realty. My goals have always been centered around serving my clients best interests. I have established my own team and put systems into place ensuring that my clients get the best possible service and attention. My goal is to creating a client for life a type of business creating relationships worth having. I look forward to making your next real estate experience smooth and worry free.
