The opportunities that sports and fitness have presented have absolutely changed my life. I worked three jobs in high school, and while I was focused on making money, my mom saw college in my future. We didn’t have money saved for school, so she encouraged me to try out for the track team. Not only did I make the team, but I went to the state championship and was awarded a full scholarship. As I pressure tested my concept and momentum continued to build, I realized I was at a crossroads. The revenue from my business matched my salary, and I had to decide whether I wanted to stay in the military or move on. I retired after 21 years of service to focus my full attention on E2M. This choice allowed me to build a business that I am incredibly proud of and one that allows me to continue to serve others in the process.Through my life experiences, I discovered my passion for fitness and witnessed its transformative power firsthand. Wellness extends beyond the physical, touching every part of our lives. When we understand how to care for ourselves, we can manage stress more effectively and enhance the overall quality of our lives – this fuels my desire to empower others through health and fitness.
