Approximately 21 years of experience in the Public Power sector focused on supporting clean and renewable energy resources. Primary experiences include team development and leadership, treasury management, long range planning, business strategy, public speaking and stakeholder engagement, budget development and financial analytics including business case development.Experience has led to issuance of more than $10 billion in combined short-term and long-term debt as well as cash and investment management of hundreds of millions annually. New business development and strategic fuel procurements have created unique opportunities for risk management, business case development and analysis, as well as stakeholder engagement.Sustained history of career progression with a focus on team development and leadership to achieve agency and regional objectives.    Following a short-term (1 year) temporary assignment focusing on New Nuclear and Extended Power Uprate mega project development, I return to Treasury and have created a new department. Traditional Treasury will remain focused on Cash, Investment, and challenging Debt Management initiatives. The new Strategic Finance group will focus on New Nuclear deployment and financing efforts, Extended Power Uprate efforts at Columbia Generating Station, evaluation and integration of Inflation Reduction Act benefits among other unique clean energy initiatives.
