In my role as Associate Director, Programming at PPD, I lead multiple projects with teams of statisticians and programmers to ensure timely deliveries and client satisfaction. I participate in client-facing discussions for bid defenses, kick-off meetings, weekly cross functional client and internal team calls, as well as regular collaboration with team members in clinical and data management to provide end to end support of the project delivery.I support project teams with programming deliverables and specification reviews as needed to ensure on time delivery by supporting teams with programming of listings, tables, ADaM and SDTM, as well as proprietary tools. Assisting statisticians with specification reviews and/or drafting of specifications as warranted. Working cross functionally with clinical and data management teams to provide input from protocol to database build. I provide oversight for multiple studies at any given time, responsible for resourcing, timelines and insuring quality fo deliverables within budget. I also provide infrastructure support to the department by giving presentations, contributing to documents, and implementing programming standards. Additionally, I am involved with department wide trainings for peers, mentoring and providing feedback on team members for personal performance growth.
