Jeff expands role at GoDaddy leading many high performing SRE teams across the globe; The Global Product Development Group (GPD), Websites+Marketing (W+M), Domains, Commerce/Poynt and parts of EMEA. These amazing teams manage/maintain GoDaddy\'s KTLO\'s (Availability, Performance, Capacity, Compliance, Config Management and Infrastructure as code). SRE\'s are instrumental in managing critical workloads and partnering/collaborating with our developers to to aid in the migration to the cloud/AWS so that our customers can confidently and reliably leverage our products anywhere in the world. Availability is Job#1Self motivated leader skilled at building/managing successful teams (retains and attracts great talent), motivates technical folks, leverages agile methodologies, manages large budgets (OPEX and CAPEX), easily collaborates with internal and external partners, understanding system availability/SLA\'s, incident/problem management, compliance (SOX, PCI), capacity planning, automation and project management.Recognized as an important leader contributing to the success of many projects and received the \"Cloud Services Spotlight Award\" for a major data center move/consolidation in which Jeff\'s teams worked across groups/business units to deploy, build and migrate critical tier 1 services to a new Data Centers around the world. 2016 - Current Akamai CAB Member - Jeff joins Akamai’s customer Advisory Board to solicit feedback and guidance on Akamai’s services vision, strategy and offerings. Jeff holds a bachelor’s degree in Network and Communication Management and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. He is passionate about building, leading and motivating talented groups of individuals to accomplish extraordinary outcomes. Jeff also enjoys spending time with family, giving back/volunteering, networking with others, sharing ideas and getting lost in the deserts of AZ.
