Career spans many years of experience related to the identification, planning, estimating and implementation and direct Project Management of multi-discipline Construction, Modification and Maintenance work scope at various United States Nuclear electric power generation facilities. Experience base includes direct management responsibility for major Site upgrades ranging from Mechanical RCS pressure boundary control valve and piping retrofit to switch-yard transformer/buss duct replacements/upgrades. An example of a recent completed project was with the breaker Predictive Maintenance recovery plan. The site was in need of an experienced manager to solve the maintenance issues associated with the transition from a single unit operation site to dual unit operation. Today the site has a solid schedule within their Breaker Cycle Plan supporting both units.Another recent successful project was as the Mechanical Welding oversight manager during a refueling outage where major Extended Power Uprate (EPU) modifications were being implemented. Over 700 welds were completed safely with quality on schedule within budget.Being a member of the team that brought the Watts Bar Unit 2 on line has been my best experience. The group, from Operations, Managers, Engineers, Supervisors, Schedulers, and Craftsmen all down the line was incredible to be a part of.Currently we are working with our sites to recruit and develop technicians and managers to help lead our Fleet to industry best within our Maintenance departments.
